Instead of telling you about my Disney trip…
… I shall bring a bit of Disney to you!
So, do you remember last year when we went to see Disney On Ice: Princess Classics? And there was a contest and someone won it and they got to come, too? Well, guess what. Nope. Guess again. Guess again. No, guess again.
Alright, fine, I’ll tell you.
Disney On Ice is back, this year with Mickey and Minnie’s Magical Journey. From the press package:
Disney On Ice presents Mickey & Minnie’s Magical Journey takes audiences on a fun-filled tour to four exciting destinations filled with favorite Disney friends. With Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse as tour guides, guests will visit the enchanting worlds of Disney’s The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, Lilo & Stitch and Peter Pan.
The arena will be filled with music and magic in every scene including an enchanting undersea kingdom with Ariel and Sebastian, a jungle adventure in the African Pride Lands with Simba and Nala, a Hawaiian luau with Lilo and Stitch and a trip to jolly old London with Peter Pan and Tinker Bell.
We had such a great time last year at Disney On Ice: Princess Classics that I can’t wait to take both girls this year. Thanks to Feld Entertainment, Inc., I get to do just that. And I can take you! Well, not ALL of you, but one of you and your family! Yay!!!
When I was told that I could have some tickets to give to you guys, I was all “Heck yeah! I will be the Best Blogger Ever! And we can stay up late and have ball park treats and buy matching souvenirs and laugh and laugh.” Except you can be with your family and I’ll be with mine and we’ll create lasting family memories together but apart, you know? Otherwise it would get kind of weird because sometimes I talk like how I write and it’s not as funny in person.
I’ve probably totally confused you and maybe even disoriented you a little, if you even bothered to stick around until the end, so I’ll summarize in REGULAR HUMAN ENGLISH:
I have a family pack of 4 (four) tickets to see Disney On Ice: Mickey and Minnie’s Magical Journey, presented by Feld Entertainment to give to one lucky reader.
The show is at the Rogers Centre, Toronto, Ontario, from December 25 – January 2, 2011 so anyone out of driving range of the T Dot, sorry ’bout that.
To win, all you have to do is leave a comment and I will announce the winner on Tuesday November 2nd. If I get more than one comment, I’ll use Random Number Generator to pick a winner for me. That way, I’m not the bad guy. It’s called blame-shifting. Haz sum.
And for those who don’t win, but would still love to go, I have a coupon code for you. Purchase your tickets through Ticketmaster or by calling 800-745-3000 and enter the code BLOG and you’ll get $5 off. Valid for any date, but some restrictions do apply.
Ok, get commenting and good luck!
* EDITED TO NOTE: Good point, Michelle S. You can comment as much as you’d like, but one contest entry per person, m’kay?

Oh I’m so down to win this since we’re all Disney-obsessed in our house these days…
My kids Mary (she will be 3 at Christmas) and Carl who will be 5 at the end of February LOVE Mickey Mouse Clubhoue. It would be a real treat to take Mary to see Mickey around her birthday. P.S – Would love to read about your trip to Disney with the kids! That is our dream trip with the kids when they are just a little bit older.
OH OH OH pick me! I need more princesses in my life! Oh god, the lobotomy my daughter gave me worked.
Still, we would love to go. Correction: SHE WOULD LOVE TO GO. I’m just her sherpa.
It ate my last comment. Enter my name or my daughter will never do the robot-p*nis ever again.
Reasons I would love to win – Disney obsessed, learning to skate, will go crazy over the holidays without something to do. Also, I do enjoy reading your blog – I’m just too nervous to comment.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pick ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My daughter (4 1/2) and son (3) have been seeing the commercials and would LOVE to go to this!
I would love to win this prize! My son goes nuts when he sees the commercials on t.v.!! Thanks for sharing with us:)
I never got to see it as a kid. Love to share it with mine!
This is rad, Jen. I have way many fond memories when I worked for Disney. I also have memories of little children crawling up under my skirt when i was Snow White.
Well… maybe this will make up for our disaster of a trip to the pumpkin patch on Sunday. Greyson, at least, deserves to go!
I’m afraid I won’t be able to make it to Toronto for the show. Nor that my boys wouldn’t riot and kill me if I tried to make them attend…. But I did re-tweet so somebody else can get the full icy princess Disney treatment.
We would love to go and see this – they see the commercials and wanted to go so bad last year – but the dates did not work for us. Hopefully I am lucky enough to go this year!
Thanks
Yes, that’s my real married name…I deserve the tickets based on that fact alone (haha). I have 2 daughters that would LOVE to see Disney on Ice!!
Hey Jen, I would love to take my son and nephew to this, we all love Disney. (comment 1, will I get more chances with each comment?!)
We are planning a family (of 8) vacation to Disney in Florida next year, so this would be great to get the kids excited. (comment 2)
Does this mean you’ll fly me to Toronto if I win?? *wink wink*
We’d love to go! Caity’s soooo into Mickey Mouse right now (yay Disney Playtime Channel!) … fingers crossed
Staying close to home around xmas this year – which means these tickets would be perfect.
